TRACI: Hi, I'm Tracy. When I was just working with the Maryland Bridges, something a little bit more low tech, I was always concerned with biting down on a sandwich. Biting on an apple was absolutely unheard of; I never would have risked that because that Maryland bridge did come out several times because it was just attached on the two adjacent teeth. So that was one of my reasons I wanted to go with the dental implants, something more strong that I could really rely on as far as that goes. Since I've had my dental implant I've had really good luck. It actually took me a while to get that confidence, you can eat a sandwich now. You can actually bite down and not have to worry about that type of thing. I think aesthetically, the self confidence that I have gained just from having the natural looking smile has really just made a huge difference. I think that smiles are great of the self confidence that people have behind them. That was something that I was lacking before. It's not that I didn't smile but I was just in the back of my mind always thinking to smile a little bit smaller so that people maybe wouldn't notice the fact that my teeth were different colors in the front or that one was kind of out of place. After meeting Dr. Heringer I'm so thrilled that I finally just met somebody who has given me the results that I was looking for all along. And I definitely think just to get it done right the first time and Dr. Heringer, he does it right.
